For more than 30 years, I’ve been a health coach for millions of Americans—as a writer on Prevention magazine; as the editor-in-chief of Prevention Magazine Health Books and Rodale Books; and as the writer of 10 health books that have sold more than 2 million copies and hundreds of articles about health, appearing in national magazines like Prevention, Health, Self, Men’s Health and Natural Solutions.
Now, I’m offering my unique health coaching skills in a one-on-one six-month program—Good For You Health Coaching—to help you achieve your personal goals for health and healing, whether you want to eat healthier, exercise regularly, lose weight, or overcome a specific health problem. My health coaching skills are based on several unique factors you won’t find in any other health coach:
- A lifetime of researching and writing about health and healing, particularly natural and alternative healing.
- Regular, personal contact with thousands of health professionals—MDs, naturopaths, herbalists, nutritionists, and many more—who share with me their best tips and techniques for better health and quicker healing.
- Awareness of all the latest scientific studies on health and healing, as I research my books, articles and blog.
- Intensive one-year training by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
